I worked with Patrick for over 4 years in the build out and continuing redesign/improvement of Decernis News. We have worked in a collegial and highly collaborative manner, and Patrick has consistently been organized and methodical while being creative and innovative at the same time. He is very responsive to our clients, to me, and to our team. Patrick has continued to improve his technical skills and his managerial skills as well.

Patrick led the strategic roadmap and tactical execution with one of the development teams I managed at STX. His project was one of the most organized, positive, and effective that I had the opportunity to work with. Patrick has great judgment as a PM, and knows when to push things through and when to push back. He also gets agile methodology and understands the right balance between planning and doing. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Patrick is a great manager with a technical background, which is very helpful. During our cooperation Patrick worked with several distributed teams with great success. He definitely showed his leadership and management skills solving all of our blockers or problems with highest priority. In my opinion he is the glue between technical and non-technical worlds.
